14th Feb Day 1: Had to wake up at 4 am to leave at 5 am but alarm failed to ring. I woke up at 5 am by chance. Hurriedly left at 5:30 am.
Reached Eurostar marina hotel before checkin time. Kept luggage, went to terrace, gym, then walked on pier side. Ate in a restaurant. Fried aubergine in honey,
Tanmay ordered fish fry expecting it to be like fish n chips but it was fried calamari
Dinner- went to Indian restaurant- Rasa
15th Feb Day 2: Bf at hotel. My fav
Hop on hop off on orange route. Went to good tour location. Ate many local types of local food in local bars.
1)Bread with tomato puree , Potato bravas - potatoes with spicy sauce. Wasn’t so spicy though.
2)Croquettes - best taste. Like bondas
3)Some milk dessert with egg and honey glaze
4)Some local wine
5)Selection of cheese
Went back to hotel by cab. Kids went to gym.
Eve- Tour of Casa Batillo- built by Gaudi
Kids took McD and Burgerking burger
Dinner- Ate leftover from Rosa Indian and Adulule
16th Feb Monday Day 3:
Went to beach in the morning. Built castle. Cable car - started at 12. Went to top of some mountain. Very nice views. Went to a local cafe and had excellent Paella, chickpea stew with egg.
Walked to bus top tour through La Rambla area.
Boarded bus on the famous square. Very lively with lotsa people.
Dinner- Mana 75. Very nice interiors, ate Paella and strong wine, mango Mojito
17th morning Day 4:
Checkout , went to Sagrada FamÃlia. Guided tour
